| Next We assemble the Port Hole Glass. Care is taken not to smudge the Glass. The O-Ring is coated with parker Lube. and then Assembled |

| Here is is Cover Assembled with the Port Hole Glass in Place and the Allen Head screws tightened. |

| Both card are now put in place and the CCD fastened to the Cold Finger |

| Here you see the Daco Shutter in place and after adjusting the height to allow clearance between the Shutter and Port Hole. Very Little pressure is required to hold the Daco shuttle in Place. |

| Here you'll notice i skipped alot of images. The steps required to mount the Cards in the Case was just to intense to me to take pictures at the same time. I can say this just relax and follow the directions. Route the wires as Rick shows and you do fine. You'll also notice that in the picture the O-Rings are compressed a little to much, So i released them and tight again. |

| I applied power and hooked up the the Laptop to do final testing. Everything worked perfectly. Shutter trips fine. Cooling works great. Now to let it sit for 24hrs to let the Desicant do it's job. |

| Here you can see during a 2hrs burn in time the results of cooling. I used a $15 Radio Shack Temperature Probe shown here to monitor the coldfinger temp. as you may be able to see it shows both the Inside temp and Colder Finger Temp of 22.1c for the ambient temp and a Cold Finger Temp of -14.2c for a total change of -36.1c from Ambient. |
